Don’t get it twisted uggs are cute but my nearly forty functional self was like — hold up these boots aren’t that warm and it could be the pair I own they are knit based not the standards.
Warmth is key in the DC metro area because now is the time of the year where my uber bill will spike if I’m not careful.
Went to REI thinking if they can outfit mountain climbers I could find something comparable to get me through an east coast city winter.
There I found my new loves warm inside (feet were sweating) and good grips for when it gets icy and waterproof.
